Users found to be screen-capturing or streaming platform content for commercial purposes without permission will have their accounts suspended and may face further legal action. 6. Payments & Transactions
All monetary transactions on slots meter are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider, and slots meter is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile wallet services. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slots meter, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. In the event that slots meter is found liable for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the total aggregate liability of slots meter to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slots meter account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless slots meter and its affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
slots meter reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that a user has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate game outcomes, or otherwise acted in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other users. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the affected user will be notified via their registered contact details and will be given an opportunity to respond to the findings before a final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the slots meter support team directly. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance that is not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to the user's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements may have their balances withheld pending investigation and legal review. slots meter will retain user account records for the period required by applicable Philippine data retention and anti-money laundering regulations, even after an account has been closed.
9. Intellectual Property Rights

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of slots meter to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any subsequent or related matter.
